Enjoy the entire private space featuring a king-size bed with your choice of feather or memory foam pillows, plus a pull-out sofa that accommodates two additional guests. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complemented by large windows offering stunning city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, while a 46-inch Roku TV provides endless entertainment. Relax with premium cotton sheets, plush towels, and PAYA grooming products, or take advantage of the in-loft workout equipment. Guests can also unwind in the rooftop hot tub overlooking the skyline and enjoy access to an on-site laundry room, responsive management team, and on-site representative.

Getting Around:
Downtown LA is highly walkable, and this loft's location makes exploring on foot a breeze. The Pershing Square Metro station is just a few minutes away, offering easy access to the rest of Los Angeles, including Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Universal City. For those driving, paid parking lots are conveniently located nearby. Rideshares are also readily available, making it simple to navigate LA's bustling streets and beyond. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this central location ensures seamless access to everything the city has to offer.

PARKING:
There is no parking in the building but there are parking garages all around the block which charge a daily fee of $20, or a monthly fee of $250.
SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.
**This space is non-smoking.
**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
