Summary: We booked this property because it was within walking distance to the State Fairgrounds. We had 2 couples splitting this property so the layout worked great for us. The property could use some much needed maintenance though. There are many doors that didn't close for different reasons and some of them had to be wedged shut for privacy. The washing machine did not work, I reached out to the owner through text and the VRBO app and never got a response so we had to go to a laundromat which took up most of a day on a short trip. There were multiple kitchen cabinets that were broken or needing some adjustment. The rooftop deck was not cleaned and had popcorn and other food spread on the floor. When checkout time cane we didn’t receive any instructions but since we have stayed in many VRBO’s we did the basics. The street noise can’t be controlled and wasn’t too bad but if you are a lute sleeper it may be tough to get rest. I really wanted to give a better review but it was an aggravating stay.
