This home was completed and included in the 2014 Norton Common's Charity Home show. In addition to the residences, this planned community includes boutique shops, restaurants and bars, several parks, swimming pools, green spaces and a new amphitheater. The YMCA sits adjacent to the development.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with a large open floor plan kitchen dining and gathering room and an enclosed patio and fireplace. The large, beautiful kitchen is fully stocked. The basement has another bedroom, bathroom, theater room, sleeper sofa. Upon special request there is another bedroom with 2 Murphy beds if discussed before hand.
This craftsman style home was designed with a patio off the kitchen area that with motorized screens that will extend the living space most all year round. It's a great way to be outside, yet maintain a level of privacy to enjoy the seasons.
