The first floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for preparing meals for the entire family. Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting screened porch, living and dining areas offer ample space for enjoying time together. The first floor also includes the master bedroom with an en-suite bath, walk in closet & sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck where you can relax in Adirondack chairs, unwind in comfort & enjoy the view of the ocean.
Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, one of which has an attached full bath , and a charming secondary living area that includes a sleeper sofa if needed; and is ideal for relaxing with a good book, puzzle, board games or TV watching. The upstairs balcony offers a perfect spot to soak up the sun in lounge chairs and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.
The large backyard is a rare find along the beach, making it an ideal space for both play & relaxation.
A short, private catwalk provides convenient & exclusive access to the beach, where you can take in breathtaking sunrise & sunset views & spend the day enjoying the beach with your family & friends all while conveniently being just steps from the rear door of the house. This stretch of beach offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, without public access.
