Summary: The location was very convenient. The house is a great setup for couples with the small apartment unit in the basement. The only disappointment was that the owner came almost daily to do maintenance in his backyard which prevented us from enjoying time outside. It was always our understanding when we rented a VRBO that we got the entire place and yard.
