Positive: The apartment is located close to the train station in a residential area that is within walking distance from the city center and the beach (5-10 minutes max). Essentially you are renting a room within a apartment of a flat. The room and bath were very clean and comfortable and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast was included in the price.
