The accommodation is 70 sqm and is spread over two levels:

The living area, located on the mezzanine floor, is equipped with air conditioning and includes:

- A spacious kitchen/veranda, fully equipped with a dining table, modern kitchenette (without an oven), microwave, and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto pods). The open design, which overlooks the outdoor space, makes it an ideal place for meals.
- A living room furnished with an additional table, sofa bed, and TV area.
A full bathroom with a shower.

The sleeping area is located in the basement, which can be accessed either from the outside or through the living area. This area includes:

- A large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
- An en-suite bathroom (no shower).

Additionally, from the sleeping area, there is access to a small outdoor space equipped with a washing machine and a convenient outdoor shower.

Dimora Tisa features an entrance and an outdoor courtyard with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing the perfect spot to relax with a drink or enjoy a good book.

The surrounding area is characterized by typical Salento houses, dry stone walls, and rural landscapes, with farms and traditional buildings.

Although there is no private parking, free street parking is easily available, even right outside the house.
