Director's Cut (previously called Hydrogen House) is a large single family house with 6 separate bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, which is perfect for small or large groups alike. It is very centrally located in San Antonio with extremely quick access to all the major highways to reach all major areas of the city within 15 min.
The house is specifically designed to have groups enjoy as much inside as the outside as well. With 6 bedrooms (5 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 3 single rollaway beds), and 4 full bathrooms, we can accommodate up to 15 guests at a time...yet the house is large enough that no one will feel cramped. Enjoy the inside with a fireplace and reading areas, pool table, poker table, dart board, or massive entertainment room with a swing chair, games, and a 75" TV with a sound system for the perfect movie night.
The group can also enjoy the backyard with a massive hot tub that fits up to 8 people, a large gas bbq grill, outdoor furniture and hammock, and an amazing large wood burning fire pit with benches to fit your entire group.
Guests have full access to the entire house and yard. There is only one closet connected to the laundry room which is our supply closet for our cleaning crew which is locked.
The house is all yours. If there are any issues or questions that need attending, a member of our team is available 24/7.
Director’s Cut is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood, that you will find extremely inviting for walks and safe outdoor activities. There is a park just a couple blocks away, but also just a few blocks away from all the stores and restaurants anyone could want or need.
If traveling by your own transportation, you will find the house very centrally located in San Antonio, and be able to access all the major highways within just a few min in order to get to any attraction San Antonio has to offer within 15 min.
If using public transportation, there is a bus stop just 3 blocks away that can gain you access to the entire San Antonio public transportation system.
