The Space:
This listing includes one bedroom of this cabin with a king bed, a sofa in the living room and a roll up mat. You also have completely PRIVATE access to the full kitchen, living room with 65" smart TV and private patio with hot tub and charcoal BBQ. While the driveway will be shared, the space you are renting is PRIVATE for you and some rooms will be locked up.
We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay.
Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as all pet rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and WILL COME WITH A CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instance of snow, rain, smoke drift from fires , failure to get reservations to the National Park and closures go the national park.

The Neighborhood:
Peace and quiet are what you will find in this mountain community! You will see far more trees than people! Please do be mindful of noise though as sound does travel in the mountains.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.
