From the living and dining area and three of the four bedrooms you can enjoy a spectacular view of the village in the valley and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park opposite. The wood-fired tiled stove radiates a cozy warmth. There is ample space for guests to linger at a large dining table, in the cozy bay window and to relax in the living area in the gallery. The rustic kitchen with old wood elements and island is well equipped. Three large bedrooms with extra-large double box spring beds and a rustic attic room under the roof (also with a double bed) offer the best conditions for a good night's sleep. You wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the mountains. There are a total of three bathrooms with high-quality fittings, rain shower and one of them with a bathtub. It is wonderful to relax in the Finnish wooden sauna. The underfloor heating in the entire living area ensures a pleasant warm climate. The house is powered by 100% green electricity and the wood for the tiled stove is supplied by local farmers.

It is only 10 minutes to the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach, from which you can take the gondola directly to the ski area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The Zillertal Arena, which has the best access in Königsleiten / Hochkrimml, is also very popular and can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. After exercising, you can relax in the in-house sauna, relax in the warmth of the tiled stove and enjoy the views of the lights in the valley.
