Looking for the perfect retreat space for a family get away? This stunning house was built in 2009 with hiking, biking, skiing and snowmobiling in mind. Located on 25 acres in the rolling hills of Mt. Holly, there are activities for everyone. Strap on the cross country skis, rev up the snowmobile, or just relax in the sauna and hot tub out on the deck.
The Great Room has a cathedral ceiling, and a stone fireplace that dominates with warmth. Sit in the corner and finish the puzzle, gather in front of the fire, or just sit back and enjoy a movie on the giant flat screen TV. The large windows reveal a spectacular view of Salt Ash Mt and distant ranges. This spacious 5 bedroom home is very open and has an exquisite kitchen, 4 full bathrooms, an eating bar, dining area, and a huge game room!
The master BR has a king size bed and a private all stone walk-in shower. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds, and share another all stone walk-in shower. They also share a private common area with its own big screen TV with video and gaming amenities. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower floor, is equipped with 2 bunk beds (i.e 4 bunks) and has its own full bath as well. (An inflatable queen-sized mattress and a single folding cot are on site as well). Also on the lower floor is our game room with: pool, ping pong, darts, foosball, large screen TV and Peloton bike.
Our home is equipped with cable TV, including all the pay channels, and wifi throughout! The house also has a lovely cedar sauna located in close proximity to the outdoor hot tub!
