Positive: The renovated rooms are nice but not fairmont nice- the bathrooms have cheap poorly done renos

Negative: Everything is dated. The lobby was filthy and old- the carpet needs to be steam cleaned or replaced- it did not give off the grand opulence vibes you’d expect of a fairmont but old rundown and not cared for. The Christmas tree was also incredibly dated and poorly decorated.

Summary: While our room was clean, the location great- for the price it is not worth it and the company needs to take more pride
