Our wooden house offers space for max. 8 people and invites you to relax and unwind in the Salzburg 'Dolomites'.

Located a few steps from the slopes, this enables a comfortable and direct entry into the family-friendly ski area Dachstein West. The Annaberg - Zwieselalm - Rußbach - Gosau ski area has 150 kilometers of slopes, 46 modern cable cars and lifts, 200 km of sun trails and 150 km.

The house has two floors. On the first floor there is an anteroom with space for ski shoes, clothes etc., a cloakroom, a bathroom, a living area with a dining table for 10 people as well as a couch with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. In summer the terrace invites you to sunbathe. The indoor swimming pool of the Alpine village (free use) is about 100 m away.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom.

Furnishing: In the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator etc.) you can prepare fresh meals daily, or you can simply visit one of the surrounding restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine.

Two bathrooms in the house (one with a bath, one with a shower) provide relaxation in the morning. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable in the living area at the large dining table (10 people) or on the couch (with TV), where a gas fireplace creates a feel-good atmosphere.

Gas is used for heating, but the bedrooms also have electric heaters for extremely cold winter nights. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Other: Two parking spaces (outside) are in front of the house, for the skis there are locks directly on the house wall.

In the main house of the alpine village there is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which can be shared by our guests. There is also a small shop for in-between purchases in the main house, there are numerous shopping opportunities in the towns of Annaberg and Abtenau (10-20 minutes away).

Summary: The cabin was perfect for a family of 6. A well equipped kitchen, lots of space. The cabin is well planned and had everything we needed. It's also close to the main complex building with the pool and sauna, which made it very easy to walk there with the kids. Note that you have to pick up linen from the reception (available at extra charge) and make the beds yourself upon arrival, and return it on departure. The view from the cabin in the morning is great and we found lots of attractions within a short driving distance (we stayed there in the summer). Our communication with the owner was good and we got all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to the area.
