The ground floor boosts a large entry way with distressed crown molding that leads to a formal dining room and living room with shared pass-through gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings; breakfast nook and family room with shared pass-through gas fireplace, wet bar and 45” Plasma television above fireplace, a large eat-in gourmet kitchen with spacious granite top island, top of the line appliances; dual Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, dual Gaggenau ovens, Wolf stove top with grill, dual Wolf warming drawers, Wolf microwave, dual Fisher and Paykel top loading dishwashers, trash compactor, large pantry and French door leading to a private heated garden patio with gas grill, fireplace, and in-ground Jacuzzi hot tub. The ground floor master bedroom suite also has French doors leading to the outdoor in-ground Jacuzzi hot tub. It offers a private sitting room/ office with a 38” Plasma television and pass-through gas fireplace to the bedroom. The bedroom has a library, a 45” Plasma television over the fireplace, a kitchenette with coffee maker refrigerator and microwave, private in-suite bathroom with 45” Plasma television over the fireplace, steam shower, large Jacuzzi tub and spacious walk-in closet. The ground floor guest bedroom also known as “The Angel Room” offers a queen size bed with large closet, full bath and television and private outdoor patio. The laundry room with LG steam washer and dryer is also located on the ground floor.
The second floor hosts an additional three bedrooms, full bath and “The Hobbit House”. Each of the three bedrooms upstairs has queen beds with large closets and televisions.
