The lovely private pool is appointed with loungers to enjoy the balmy Cape Town summer. Great house for families with children or groups. The house has good security.
The gardens are lush with beautiful trees and views of the mountains of Constantia. The villa has a terrace area for entertaining too. The property has borehole water.
The villa is situated in a convenient location from which families or groups wanting to explore the Constantia area can set off. It is close to Groot Constantia, Beau Constance and Eagles nest wine farms and highly rated and award winning restaurants. One is also able to walk the greenbelt to Simons and Foxcroft restaurants at High Constantia.
The beach is a mere 12 km's away. Cape Town city centre is a short 20 minutes away. For walkers, cyclists and runners this is an ideal spot from which too to explore the outdoors. The garden gate opens onto a greenbelt, which is connected to a series of open spaces in Constantia.
