This classy waterfront home is just seconds away from San Luis Pass, just minutes from the Gulf, and just a few blocks to nearby beaches .
This vaulted wood ceiling , canal waterfront home features an open dining/living floor plan that provides for spectacular floor to ceiling views of the San Luis Pass, Cold Pass and Galveston Bay from any seat in the living area. Newly furnished and remodeled, with serene 'beachy' colors. Family and pet friendly. There is a 65" Samsung smart TV wifi enabled connected to Directv in the living room.

Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, tile back splash and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and a propane gas grill on premises to prepare your daily catch! A front load washer and dryer are also available on the premises.
One of the 11' x 16' bedrooms has a queen size and a twin size bed with an Xbox connected to a 43" wifi enabled smart tv. The master has a king size bed and a smart TV.
The canal bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with doors opening onto the canal side deck with a queen size bed . Each bedroom has a wifi connected smart tv and is supplied with all linens needed for a comfortable stay.
There are two bathrooms on the main level living area. One has a shower while the second has a jetted whirlpool tub, with shower. There is also an outdoor shower on the ground level for use after your trip to the beach or a quick cool down while fishing in the canal.
Bring your boat and store them in the covered boat slip at the property. One boat lift is available for guests use .Easy kayak access to the bay from canal. There is also room to dock a 40 footer if your taking the short 5 minute trip thru San Luis Pass to do some world class offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Community boat ramp is available for guests use ,as is the lighted community Fishing pier that is 50 yards from property. This pier is the only public fishing area in the Treasure Island community, Fishing and crabbing is well known in the adjacent Christmas Bay. Located directly on the water, you have the ability to throw a line in to catch speckled trout, flounder ,redfish or do some crabbing from the canal that feeds into Cold Pass. Fish cleaning table and sink with running water, Piggy Perch and crab traps are provided. Canal is well lit for excellent night fishing.
There is a golf cart friendly private beach entry for Treasure Island residents and guests located on the gulf side of the neighborhood. Public beaches in the area are much less crowded than Galveston or Surfside and can be accessed by vehicle with a two mile drive down the scenic Bluewater Highway.
There is also a public playground for the kiddos located just a few blocks away at San Luis state park!
You will love relaxing ,sunbathing, fishing and the sunsets from the large deck overlooking the canal while taking in the saltwater air. The covered porch overlooking the San Luis Pass provides the perfect location for bird and dolphin watching while enjoying your first coffee or adult beverage of the day.
The KNOTTY DOLPHIN is perfect for a family beach vacation or a special bay/gulf fishing trip. Many guests come to Treasure Island for a "less commercialized" beach experience that still allows for access to all that the Galveston-Surfside area has to offer with a leisurely drive down the Bluewater Highway.
