Positive: The hotel was nice with lovely decor and location.

Negative: We booked the room with a jacuzzi but when we arrived and tried to use it the jacuzzi was broken so we had to wait for repair men to come and fix it. I waited 45 minutes for an omelette and despite chasing it several times had to leave for the airport without any breakfast. There was a big sign up promoting five flowers world cup on a big screen but when going to watch it the room was locked and no tv, hence no football. There was a sign up stating that the rooftop bar closed at 8pm every night which was disappointing and so we found dinner elsewhere but upon returning around 10.30pm we saw the lights were on up there so went up for a drink and people were eating dinner which we would have liked to do. Apparently the kitchen closes at 10.30pm not 8pm. The bathroom in the room looked lovely but were impractical to use the sinks. Staff were friendly but often slow and inattentive. The restaurants at the bar only served snack food rather than meals.

Summary: Overall a pleasant stay but very far off the high ticket price of the stay.
