The space
The Property has a resort type feeling, with views over the forest and the fully fenced 10x4 metre pool.
All bedrooms and main living are air conditioned with fans except bedroom 4 with a fan. Fireplace in
large open plan dining area. This house is 480sq mtrs with plenty of space to spread out with guests, The theatre room featuring a projector to chromecast your favourite movies from is a must during your stay or connect in the main lounge area with netflix. There is an outdoor cubby house and trampoline for the kids (to be supervised on please). A firepit for use with a wheelbarrow full of wood supplied.

The Pool area is on a lower deck there is a locked gate both side of main deck to gain access with stairs down.
If travelling with children under 2 and require a protocot or high chair please advise and can provide free of charge. Please note there is no charge for under two.
Note this property is fully fenced at the side end of the property to another dwelling this is not to be entered through the bottom access under no circumstances please.
Guests can enjoy nearby attractions with movie world, Dreamworld, Wet and wild, Australian outback spectacular all within a 15 minute drive, a few kms to the local restaurant which has a great kids playground with live bands on weekends, or if you want to head to surfers paradise or Broadbeach its just a short trip to the motorway.

Please be considerate of neighbouring houses although this is an acerage property loud noise can travel.

Please also note that this home is on septic tank, nothing other than toilet paper is to be flushed into the toilet please.
