Rental Policy: Rental is intended for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Therefore, we will rent only to families or family groups. You must be a responsible adult over the age of 30 to make a reservation. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. The maximum number of guests is 10. Any number of guests over 10 will incur additional charges of $50 per person per night. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted as well as tampering with security system. Evidence of excess guests, pets, smoking, or security system tampering will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid. Guests must comply with all Rental Policies in written rental agreement and subdivision restrictions. Please read rental agreement for terms and conditions to rent our property. Please do not adjust A/C cooler than 72 or refrigerator cooler than 3.
****please do not rent my home for your child’s prom or graduation group. My house is not a party house. I respect my neighbors and will not be the person known to allow parties. **** single adult with unrelated group of children (anyone under 25) will not be allowed to rent my home. If someone instant books a group of children, their reservation will be canceled and no money returned.
