Brand new construction remodel of vacated Catholic Church in Rushville NY. Inside designed to emulate a Canandaigua boat house . Encompasses hand painted windows reflective of local Sonnenberg Gardens, Canandaigua boat house and CMAC shell.
The space
Large one bedroom with all new finishes. 5ft x 5ft double head tile shower, double vanity, washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, separate hot tub room, king size bed, large bedroom/bathroom and closet.
The hot tub is soft sided, for 2 people.
As mentioned, we are off the beaten path however close to many local attractions!

In the Saint Mary's Church, you will find yourself in 1300 square feet of tranquility. The church was originally built on October 2nd, 1899, and it was closed on January 1st, 2011. We have strived to keep the integrity of the church and have repurposed many items from the original church throughout the unit.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. It is stocked with basic amenities such as pots, pans, utensils, paper products, and a baking sheet. We have a Keurig coffee station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, powdered creamer, and sugar. Under the kitchen sink you will find cleaning supplies, a dish drying mat, and a dish drying rack. There is a dishwasher. The broom is located to the right of the refrigerator.
