Positive: Wayan was always attentive to our needs and he was very kind to us. We had a small problem, but Wayan resolved it immediately. We are incredibly grateful for his quick response and for providing us with an immediate solution. Breakfast includes eggs (scrambled or in an omelet), toast, coffee, and fruit. This was enough for us. The room is quite clean and the bed is comfortable and large. The place is really nice, very peaceful and quiet. Adding that the room had a mountain view. A place surrounded by nature. The villa is small, and you'll find places to eat and shop within a 2-minute walk. With very reasonable prices. Crystal Bay beach is about a 5-minute walk away and is a great place to hang out and snorkeling. The reef is truly beautiful. Pandan beach is a bit further away but also easily walkable, with a beautiful hike through the mountains. I highly recommend this place

Negative: As a suggestion, they should have a sign that says if the guest needs or wants their room cleaned. We had fly ants in the room, but this wasn't a problem for us; they're just ants.
