Positive: Spiros was really great such a hard worker with few staff.

Negative: Rooms and bathrooms were very tired and desperately needed redecorating and fixing!!Freezer part of fridge was a solid ice block, my bed hyou could feel so many springs i put a folded towel over areas, sink blocked in our bathroom intermittently, both sliding doors did not lock, we did report doors and owner was waiting for new locks. Friends we met had mould and similar problems, lovely owner but I think not enough staff or time ( money)to fix everything! Our room etc were away from the pool area along the main road, if only there were staff to water all ghe beautiful plants in the tubs, it seemed such a shame as they were desperate for water. Pool was immaculate apart from the sun beds which had no cushions and the metal bars could be back breaking but pool itself saved our moans and snack food round the pool lovely and very reasonable. Would we return, not to Kavos as a mistake in the booking area!!! But Spiros was a really nice owner just not able to keep up with the accommodation side of the business as so busy with the bike/buggy/motorcycle etc hire. Maybe at the end of the season he can decorate and mend all the problems with the rooms, but price wise it was very reasonable and we could never moan about how much we paid! Ps. Our room was not cleaned or refreshed with towels or bedding in the whole time we were there!! We did mention it to Spiros the owner on the last day, he was genuinely very upset we had not told him before and went straight off to talk to his 2 cleaners but when I met up with the cleaners on our last day one indicated she had been sick for 4 days, we really do believe owner didn't know the rooms were not being cleaned! Perhaps we should have said something before the last day!!!! Your ? Did gge property meet our expectations- hard to answer with yes no etc as pool was wonderful, rooms not wonderful photos we had would make it worse except for pool.
