•Kitsilano 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished top floor of house for sublet for responsible tenant. Located 10 minutes drive to UBC, 10 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver.
• 10 blocks or 17 minutes walk from the ocean. Walking distance to Jericho beach and Kitsilano beaches. Close to Pacific Spirit Park. Central location near grocery stores (Persian, Asian, Italian), nice restaurants and coffee shops, and awesome local yoga and gyms.
• Location is quiet but you will hear cars driving by, space is both North and South-facing and lots of big windows so it has a nice amount of light.
• Full kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, in-suite washer and dryer included. (As well as iron and drying rack)
• Flat screen TV is included in living room as is internet.
• Each room has a double bed. Bedding provided. One room has a desk for working. Living room is furnished with a kitchen table, armchair, and couch. Gas fireplace.
• Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, magic bullet, toaster, and basics for cooking.
• No pets (sorry), no smoking indoors.
The space is well maintained and is also very secure. A great base for commuting to UBC and exploring the beaches, eateries, and downtown of Vancouver.
Excellent transit options. Lots of street parking available.
Ideal for quiet, responsible guest(s).
Rent is $1100 per week (minimum 3 weeks). If you only need it for December, the cost is $1500 per week. If you wish to stay the entire time, I can be flexible on the rent. I'm willing to negotiate for the right tenant. Utilities included (includes monthly BC Hydro, high speed WIFI internet, and gas and hot water).
