You have a Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator, you have your own hot tub. There is a pool located outback that is shared with the 2 condo's pool is seasonal open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rental is available year around on short term basis, no long term contracts. Handicap Accessible, Students welcome. We are about 15 min to Penn State University in State College Pa. Transportation to and from the University can be provided for an additional fee if needed. (We own a limousine business, so we can offer all types of transportation from sedans, vans, limousines and buses) Are you and your group flying into State College? No need to rent a taxi, let us know and we can arrange your transportation as well. Pets are always considered. We have an EV hookup for your electric car. So you can relax knowing your car will be ready to go when you are. We charge a minimal fee for charging your car. On the outside of the property there are security camera's 2 outside by the pool, 2 in the driveway, 1 at the front door entrance by the hot tub.
