This villa, built in typical Mallorquin rural style, is close to Valldemossa in the island's west and is bound to impress with its unique location overlooking the sea. A truly unique terrace stretches in front of the house across multiple levels before dropping off to a cliff-like edge. The seating arrangements by the house are partly covered and thus provide shadow perfect for summer. The outdoor areas in front of the building branch out into breakfast and pool terraces with loungers. On the latter you can indulge in excellent relaxation with a majestic panorama view – best enjoyed with a good book and good drop within arm's reach.
Spoil yourself here and there with a dip in the cool pool and savour the invigorating refreshment it provides. On top of that, you will have additional tables and chairs in the outdoor area so that you can choose between various seating places and spread out beneath the open sky entirely as you desire. The sea views which can be enjoyed from any direction will definitely be your best friend throughout your stay. From this holiday retreat you can even see right through to large tracts of the impressive south-west coast of Mallorca. However, please note: this villa is located in a conservation area, which means that it is prohibited to light fires. The sole exception is barbecuing using the provided barbecue and charcoal.
The main house in the villa offers living space of approximately 160 m². This is split up across two floors in turn containing two comfortably furnished double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an additional toilet. Additional facilities are offered in the form of a television with satellite connection in the homely living/dining area, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine in the open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. As for the living area, there is also the annex with separate entrance to consider, in which an additional 30 m² of living space, including a highly spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, is provided. The skilfully planned spatial layout makes this house ideal for a group of people who are traveling together though who would also enjoy some privacy throughout the day. Grandparents, for example, could seek refuge in the annex and would love it. Air-conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms (except the annex) ensures that you can also enjoy pleasant temperatures at night during the hot summer months. The property is furnished primarily in Mallorquin style and has been lovingly decorated with beautiful, occasionally antique objects. A perfect place for spending your valuable holiday in an authentic atmosphere and getting to know the Spanish way of life a little bit better.

The house is located on the old main road connecting the villages Valldemossa and Deía with each other. Consequently, if you are looking to swim you are well-advised to head to the bays at either Port de Valldemossa or Cala Deiá (see photos). Both bays are known for their particularly clear water, and there is barely another villa closer to them. Perfect for all fans of Mallorca's west. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included.
