We are renting our home for 3 months from September 1 to November 30, 2025. Rentals can be for 1 month (entire month of September, October, or November), or for the entire 3 months. Price is $9,250 per month. Let us know if you're looking for a little longer of a rental, beyond November 30, that may be possible.

House is available from September 1, 2025 until Nov 30, 2025, with the possibility of extending the lease (that could be discussed up front, or possibly later as well). One month minimum rental, starting the first of each month.
Prime Location:
Just two miles from the iconic Santa Monica and Venice beaches, you'll have endless opportunities for sun, sand, and sunset walks. We are north of Palms, West of Centinela, just south of the Santa Monica airport, just east on Rose from the Penmar Golf Course, in a quiet residential neighborhood. World-class museums, art galleries, historical landmarks, local and DTLA theaters, sporting events, and live music venues are all within reach. Residents will also discover a shopping paradise with an eclectic mix of high-end boutiques (Abbot Kinney for example), flagship stores, and charming local shops. For medical professionals or those supporting patients, the home is within 15 minutes of UCLA and St. John's Hospitals in Santa Monica. Great restaurants abound in close proximity, for example, recently opened, and very trendy Beethoven Market is less than a 10 minute walk. Access to Hollywood (10 miles), Downtown LA (15 miles), Beverly Hills (6 miles), and Malibu (15 miles). Further away are San Diego (120 miles), Santa Barbara (90 miles), and Disneyland (40 miles).
Parking:
There are 2 spots available in our driveway, off the street. There is a garage that you will not have access to. There is also plenty of no permit parking available.

This inviting home comfortably sleeps 5, with potential for a 6th guest on an air mattress (which is included). The layout includes a serene master bedroom and two additional versatile rooms that can serve as extra bedrooms or dedicated office spaces (with convertible standing desks), catering to your specific needs. The full bathroom features both a bath and shower, there is also a convenient half-bathroom…both with Toto washlets!
Fully Equipped & Furnished:
Pack light and move right in! This property is completely furnished with everything you need for a seamless stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, linens are also included. Enjoy modern comforts including a high end 65” LG OLED TV, you’d add your streaming services to LG’s OS if wanted. DirecTV including HBO and Showtime is included. High-speed WiFi is stable and consistent (500/300, fiber optic). Central air conditioning/heating ensures year-round comfort. There are 2, 32” monitors which could be connected to your laptop(s). There is also a TV with DirecTV in the master bedroom. The home includes a large, high functioning washing machine and clothes dryer.
