ATTENTION: This home is located in a very quiet, highly desired residential neighborhood courtyard and is only suitable for quieter groups. There are full time owners living downstairs and on all sides around the property. There is a No Tolerance Policy for excessive noise, adding occupancy more than 6 persons at any time, not adhering to quiet times on all decks from 10pm to 8am, any non authorized people entering the property, parties and smoking. Parking is limited to two cars only. All guest staying at Oceanwaves are clearly informed of the No Tolerance Policy and agree that any complaint from any of our neighbors may cause immediate eviction and 100% forfeiture of any monies, no refunds. Must be over 30 years of age.
If you do not feel comfortable with the No Tolerance Policy then do not book Oceanwaves.

The space...
Feel right at home in your state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Thomasville cabinets, granite counter tops, modern lighting and large open kitchen bar serving area .
At night due to close proximity to the beach you can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves from all bedrooms. Enjoy waking up with your morning coffee on your two outdoor decks or the Mission Beach boardwalk wall!
Sleeping arrangements include master bedroom with king size bed, vaulted wood ceiling with fan. Second bedroom has a spacious queen size bed, with vaulted wood ceiling with fan. Third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have oversized closet space.
Two bathrooms have been upgraded with granite counter tops, ceramic tile showers and a jacuzzi bath. Washer/dryer area is located in oversized hallway.
This spectacular beach side retreat has two outdoor decks to enjoy.
The front entry door deck area is a covered porch with chairs that offer views of the ocean, beach and boardwalk and in the evening it is automatically lit up nicely with night rope lighting.
The second deck is a rooftop sundeck lounge setting with jaw dropping ocean and city views. Plenty of space for relaxing, lounging and dining with patio table and solar powered lighted umbrellas with chairs and an outdoor sectional sofa. Also included is rope lighting around entire deck. Enjoy the Brinkman five burner barbecue grill, which also includes a feature to sear meats. From the rooftop sundeck you can enjoy sunsets, relax, read a book or take in some sun.
