Welcome to Laguna Beach, California! This lovely private guest quarter is at poolside overlooking the canyon with ocean views. This property is located in the hills above Laguna village and within a 15 minute walk to town.
This very quiet rental is the lower third floor of a large property which is completely isolated and blocked off from the rest of the house with independent access through a wide terraced walkway through the garden to the pool level.
The unit is completely furnished and offers a very large master bedroom with a King size bed and adjoining master bath. The living room includes sofa and dining table. A dressing area also provides a second bathroom with a large shower. Ideal occupancy is for two people, but bed cot and queen mattress available for guests. The unit is in pristine condition with lots of upgrades and private laundry facilities dedicated to guests.
THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Parking is on the street directly in front of residence. A 48inch TV in master bedroom provides Netflix and access to other streaming services.
WI-FI service is available at no charge.
Only guests who are proficient swimmers should apply.
Enjoy some of Laguna Beach's best views from this neighborhood as well as hiking and biking trails and tennis courts. Enjoy a very spacious and quiet neighborhood. Ping Pong Table, pool and beach gear provided as well as sheets and towels for your stay!
For guests who do not have their own car, or prefer walking in town, a service can be called for transportation to town. Laguna Beach provides a trolley service along the coast .
Hiking trails are as close as across the street! Tennis courts are a 10 minute walk. Drive to village and Main Beach 5 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes on foot.
The host lives on the property in separate living facilities. We are available for Welcome greeting and goodbyes, but we are always available with a quick call if needed.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the pool level (pool, ping pong table, barbecue and patio furniture) and gardens below. Beaches are minutes away. During the summer months, the Laguna Beach Art Festivals are very close by. There are multiple options for hiking and a trail head is even across the street!
Other things to note
This property is not safe for small infants without the close supervision of family members and does not provide services for guests who need special facilities for wheelchairs or other physical impairment. The pool deck is very large with barbecue and patio furniture including a dining table and bar table overlooking ocean and canyon views. This area around the pool is enclosed and secured.
