Verde butterfly granite counter tops and breakfast bar island, cove lighting at entry and above kitchen cabinets, variable height and design ceilings, minimum 10'. Nest thermostat, ADT outside security camera, and two water heaters and more. Tons of storage space.
This is a primary residence home not a home maintained as a vacation rental. Very nicely furnished with DIRECTV cable, a 65" UHD television in the Sun Room and Master Bedroom. The home has a 2 Gig Fiber high speed wireless internet. Office has an HP printer that can scan. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large master bath with walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a queen bed and en-suite shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. All three bedrooms are separated around the home. Lots of privacy. Very well maintained yard.
