Charming upstairs apartment with a beautiful deck. There is no elevator in the apartment Views of the hill country and and an accessible backyard that one can relax in. The perfect place to have a classic farmers breakfast. Chickens in the back of the property, provide fresh farm eggs and an occasional morning alarm clock. There are two sections of the backyard. The main fenced in area has a beautiful garden throughout spring, summer, and fall; with a deep saltwater pool and jacuzzi. Oak Trees drape over the yard providing shaded grassy knolls (Perfect for the hot summers). The larger backyard is also fenced in, and has hens and chicks running around. There are short trails in the back of the property, which guests are welcome to stroll around and enjoy. There are also two disc golf baskets back there for those who enjoy the sport, and a bonfire pit that can be used depending on fire-bans and property owner approval.
The Property is 15-20 mins from downtown and about 20-30 mins from the airport.

It is a 20 min drive to the famous Jester King brewery and my favorite
Treaty Oaks brewery. Outside with lots of room to bring the family and drink beer or mixed drinks, eat barbecue and listen to music.
