The property is in a superb location in one of the most sought-after zip codes in the Hamptons. All destinations are easily accessible. It is a 7-minute drive south to the Atlantic beaches (15 minutes by bicycle); 7-minute drive north to Sag Harbor village; and 6-minutes to the center of Bridgehampton village. East Hampton village is 12 minutes away. The award-winning and luxurious Wolffer Estate Vineyard is only a mile away. The Sagaponack Farm Distillery is even closer. The house is privately located on a long beautiful residential street of magnificent homes. The location is ideal because virtually any destination is easily accessible without driving on Montauk Hwy (Rt. 27).
The home’s interior is bathed in light. Enter through the over-sized double glass front doors into a two-story entrance foyer graced by a beautiful chandelier. The open-plan first floor features a brand-new designer kitchen with high end appliances and cabinets, and a 9.5 ft. center island, with sliding glass doors to the patio and pool. The well-equipped kitchen, designed for entertaining, opens to a spacious living room with oversized glass doors leading out to the large bluestone patio. The adjacent large dining room has a built-in serving bar with a wine fridge. A cozy den leads out to a large wrap-around furnished porch with a furnished gazebo overlooking the front gardens. The first-floor bedroom, which is also used as an office, includes a double bed. A full bathroom is adjacent.
The rear bluestone patio runs the full length of the house and offers a built-in spa, fire-pit and 40’ heated pool, all surrounded by landscaped gardens. The patio includes a large dining set and Weber grill connected to the central gas supply. There is a well-furnished “living room” area at the other end of the patio near the spa. Lounge chairs and tables grace a separate patio at the south end of the pool.
There are four bedrooms on the newly-renovated second floor. There is a large master suite with double-door entry. It features a 4-poster king bed and its own romantic fireplace with a large walk-in closet. The over-sized master bathroom offers a large glass-enclosed shower and soaking bathtub. A junior suite includes a king bed and private bathroom. There are two more bedrooms down the hall: one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. Adjacent, there is a large bathroom with shower, bath and double sinks. There is a billiards room with full size pool table and TV at the end of the hallway.
The large brightly-lit basement provides another multi-function living space. It includes a state-of-the-art media room with 100” TV and theater seating, well-equipped gym, large recreation room and children’s play area, wet bar with beverage fridge, and full bathroom. There is a glass exterior door that leads up a stairwell to the backyard patio. There is a full-size auxiliary refrigerator/freezer in the utility room.
In the evenings, enjoy dining inside or alfresco, out on the patio, where you can huddle around the gas fire-pit. You will appreciate the privacy of the beautiful 1.70-acre grounds. Other amenities include a multi-room/patio Sonos sound system, outdoor lighting, play gym, 4 bicycles, multiple TVs, and an EV/Tesla charging station in the two-car garage.
