Summary: Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus war mit nahezu allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Lediglich ein Grill hat uns gefehlt. Der morgendliche Lieferservice einer örtlichen Bäckerei war großartig. Als wir Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine hatten, wurde uns vom Hausmeisterservice unverzüglich geholfen und die Kaffeemaschine entkalkt, sodass sie danach besser funktionierte. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Hausmeisterservice war immer gut erreichbar. Die Sauna im Nebengebäude samt samt Duschen, einer Toilette und einem Ruheraum kann man jeden Tag ab 16 Uhr stündlich für seine Wohneinheit mieten, indem man sich in einer Liste für den entsprechenden Zeitraum einträgt. Die Waschmaschine im Keller haben wir auch zweimal genutzt (4€/Waschgang). Die Waschmaschine und auch der Trockner waren in einem sauberen Zustand. Der Trockenraum für Skisachen war auch sinnvoll und super für die nassen Sachen von der Piste. Die Möbel in der Unterkunft sind zu einem großen Teil sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig. Die Betten waren bequem. Jedes Schlafzimmer (3 insgesamt) und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet, wobei wir nur ein wenig TV im Wohnzimmer geschaut haben. In einem der beiden innenliegenden Badezimmer befindet sich eine Infrarot-Saunakabine, in der eine Person Platz findet. Diese haben wir jedoch nicht ausprobiert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Garage und einen Stellplatz draußen vor dem Ferienhaus. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Walchen.
