Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: No breakfast was provided so can't rate that. Location to restaurants was good and to the downtown area.

Negative: Access was VERY problematic. Very little help to try to rectify the problem. Might be good to pre warn clients that they would have to down load the app so that technology problems could be resolved prior to the night of residence

Summary: Despite our problems we appreciated the location of the facility.
