The extremely high-quality Chalet H-M is located directly at the ski lift and slopes of the Zillertal Arena at a ski-in/ski-out location. For you this means that you won't have to wait in a queue in the morning or ride in the packed ski bus; all you have to do is strap on your skis in front of the door and enjoy the largest ski area in the Zillertal - here at an altitude of 1600 m above sea level with guaranteed snow - in Königsleiten, in the beautiful Salzburgerland right on the border with Tyrol!
In summer you can go straight from your chalet into the mountains, a breathtaking environment with more than enough possibilities both in the immediate vicinity and in the surrounding region.
The chalet has three stories. On the ground floor you will find a ski cellar with a ski boot heater and a terrace. On the 1st floor you will find the large entrance of the house, a cosy living/dining room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony. On the second floor (cozy under the roof) there is a third bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. There are also so-called "sleeping cabins" on this floor: 1 room with 2 and 3 beds. An open area is furnished with a comfortable sofa with TV. In the garden you can enjoy the stand-alone sauna.
There is a carport at the chalet with space for 2 cars. Because the house is on a slope, the entrance is reached from the parking lot via a garden path with steps.
In the immediate vicinity you will find various dining and shopping opportunities. In short, a magnificent chalet where you will feel at home with the whole family.
BBQ grill (upon request, subject to availability) rental fee €50.00 per week, deposit €200.00 (handed over in person) from May to October.
In summer there are many opportunities for you to enjoy hiking and mountain biking on your holiday, the many attractions in both Tyrol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos - and don't forget to visit the highest waterfall in Europe in nearby Krimmel.
