The location is very convenient to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center which is located above the Mount Vernon Metro station. The Shaw Metro station is 3 blocks to the apartment. The largest grocery store in DC (Giant Foods) is about a 10 minutes walk right on P and 8th streets. This space is also shared with upstairs unit but there is plenty of street parking available!
This apartment is a newly renovated ground floor (no stairs), easy access apartment with new kitchen, bathrooms and floors ready to accommodate you, your friends and family in the center of Washington DC!
