This home, located on a corner lot in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver, features designer finishes and furniture, unique + subtle artwork, and an abundant natural light. The main floor is modern and comfortable - featuring an open floor plan with kitchen, living, and dining, opening into the beautifully landscaped backyard. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room. Both the front and back yards are lushly and beautifully landscaped with over 200 plants and grasses.

☆☆ FIRST FLOOR: KITCHEN, LIVING, AND DINING AREAS ☆☆

A comfortable and modern open concept main floor with spacious dining, living, and kitchen areas.

The living room features an oversized, down-filled sectional sofa, which is arguably one of the fluffiest and comfiest sofas in the world. The living room also has a 65" Sony OLED TV with amazing picture and sound quality, a fireplace, board games, and books. The living, kitchen, and dining areas get beautiful natural light. The 12-foot accordion door opens into the backyard for warmer weather indoor-outdoor living.

Prepare a quick snack or a large dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. This modern and beautiful chef's kitchen has high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, induction electric stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, espresso machine, and coffee maker. We love coffee and have left you a bag of our favorite local coffee from Huckleberry Roasters (they also have a cafe just a few blocks away). The open-plan offers an unobstructed view into both the living and dining areas.

The dining area features a large custom dining table, which was built locally in Boulder. It seats 8-9 people comfortably. There are also 5 stools at the kitchen island.

There is also a powder room on the first floor.

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR: BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, & LAUNDRY ☆☆
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. We have 1 King bed in the Master Suite, and 3 Queen beds, each in their own private room. Each bedroom features designer furnishings and touches.

The laundry room is also located on the second floor, and has a Maytag front loading washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1 - the Master Suite - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the master bedroom that has vaulted 16-foot ceilings and features a King bed. Modern, clean styling creates a calming and private space. Large, private spa-like master bathroom is attached. It has 2 sinks, a very large shower with two showerheads, and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 2 - This bedroom boasts a platform style Queen bed and vaulted 16-foot ceilings. Designer furnishings including a platform bed make for an extra cozy space.

Bedroom 3 - This modern bedroom boasts a traditional style Queen bed and is west-facing.

Bedroom 4 - This modern bedroom boasts a platform style Queen bed and a small balcony that looks over the front yard. It has also a wall mural by a local artist/skateboarder.

☆☆ UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS ☆☆
You'll find two clean, spa-like, and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home.

The Master bathroom is private, located in the Master suite and features a very large walk-in shower with two shower heads.

The second bath is spacious as well, has a double vanity, and a tub with shower.

All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for you.

There is also a powder room located on the first floor.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
The home was professionally landscaped with over 200 flowering plants and grasses to create a front and back yard that are luscious and green in the Spring and Summer. The private backyard features a patio with an outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas, an umbrella, a grill, and a hot tub. There is a skateboard halfpipe on the south side of the house so if you skate, be sure to bring your skateboard. The halfpipe is about 26 feet long by 8 feet wide and the quarter pipes are about 3 feet tall. Please note, an additional waiver of liability is required because the half pipe is on the property.

The front porch gives you a great spot to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. Our neighbors are super awesome and friendly, and you'll get to meet them if you sit out front. We love to have our morning coffee out there.

Plenty of parking is available in front of the home, or along the side (our home is on a corner lot). We recommend parking along the side toward the alley so you can go in and out of the backyard as the electronic lock for guests is on the back door.

Centrally located to all that Denver has to offer, the Berkeley/Tennyson neighborhood is very walkable and has a 'main street' just 2 blocks away from the home. Tennyson Street has some of Denver's best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. There is also a large park with large trees, a lake, and pathway for walks or exercising a half mile from the home.

This home is on a relatively quiet street filled with full-time residents and being respectful to our neighbors is of the utmost importance to us. Please think of our home as your own, and be respectful to the home and our neighbors as such. We have a no tolerance policy of parties.
