Our condo is in the heart of the historical South Main Arts District and right across from the Civil Rights Museum and a short walk to Beale Street. You can walk easily and safely to restaurants, bars, and the waterfront! Our condo is three floors and includes a two car garage. We have two true bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and one lofted bedroom. We also have two futon beds on the bottom floor, no bathroom on that floor though.
Street parking is very easy if you have more than two cars. We have a full kitchen and toiletries. Absolutely NO parties, smoking and no children or pets please.

Summary: The place was in such a great location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. There was plenty of space for us, blankets, etc. The check in was a bit tricky but the owner was very quick to respond and help out with it. One of the bathrooms was missing soap, but we made do and didn't bother us. Checkout was one of the simplest I've ever experienced with a vrbo.
