We found some incredible hiking spots (Plattekill Falls and North/South Lake) and enjoyed finer dining than we expected in Saugerties (Miss Lucy’s Kitchen and Annarella Ristorante).
After hiking, relaxing in the hot tub was exactly what we all needed. My husband loved that the place had quality wine glasses and even large square ice cubes for bourbon.
