The space
Located in the center of West Hollywood, Modern Villa in WeHo is a 2-story private property and impeccable views from the rooftop. This estate was exquisitely designed, with a touch of modern style and luxury, has shiny white marble flooring throughout the first floor and Copa Coast hardwood flooring throughout the second floor, a lot of recessed lights, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen, private outdoor areas, wonderful views from the rooftop, that allow you to experience luxury LA lifestyle.

4 BEDROOMS/4.5 BATHROOMS:
Master bedroom is the masterpiece of a beauty and elegance, KING size bed, Samsung 60’’ HD Smart TV, large walk-in closet, spacious custom designed private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free-standing tub. Master bedroom is complemented by private large balcony. Three other bedrooms have QUEEN size beds, LG 55” HD TVs and each of them has its’ own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Master bedroom and two bedrooms are on the second floor, fourth bedroom and half bathroom are on the first floor of the house.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
Gourmet kitchen equipped with Wolf and Subzero stainless-steel appliances, large luxurious Spanish quartz countertop, German custom cabinets, large designer dining table and 10 chairs.
LIVING ROOM:
Open concept living room provides guests with a lot of space and equipped with large comfy couch, Sony 80” HD TV, Polk built-in audio speakers, fireplace, provides guests with a lot of space to gather with family and friends.

GYM:
Gym located on the first floor of the house and may be entered from the door next to half bathroom or from the outside rolling door.
ROOFTOP:
Rooftop provides with large sitting area around fire pit, speakers system, stunning views, overlooking the pool and Hollywood Hills in the horizon, makes it the perfect spot to gather with friends and family.
POOL/SPA/BACKYARD/PATIO:
Beautiful private backyard of the house provides guests with chaise loungers, pool and SPA that may be heated (should be requested in advance for an additional fee: pool and spa heating $300/day; only spa heating: $100/day), outdoor dining table with benches, another sitting area with fire pit and kitchenette with stainless steel BBQ.
PARKING:
Gated outdoor parking can fit up to 2 cars.
Guest access:
The property is private, there are no shared areas. Guests have access to the whole property! :)
Other things to note:
Our neighbors are amazing, please respect quiet hours. All noise and music MUST remain indoors and at a reasonable level my 10 PM to 9 AM. We cannot have complaints from the neighbors.
The owner of the house often stays on the property and is having condition, he is suffering from animal allergies; thurs, bringing animals to the property is posing a threat to his health! NO ANIMALS IN THE HOUSE!
It’s important to be mindful of the following house rules while booking: guests cannot be loud while checking in or checking out, no loud music or being too loud while hanging out in the backyard or deck, no smoking, no parties or events allowed, no infants or kids younger than 12 years old are allowed in security reasons. Please, inform us immediately if anything breaks, please don't rearrange the furniture, no pets, no firearms, no illegal drugs, no subletting of any kind. Any gatherings over 15 people are not allowed unless cleared prior to check in.
