Single family home directly on Moody beach. Walk out the front steps on to your private beach where you can play beach volleyball, swim, kayak, paddle board, and surf. (All water toys provided!) Four bedroom home, three of which have spectacular ocean views. The first bedroom has a full size bed, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a full size pull-out couch, a flat screen TV, and ocean views. There is access to the deck from the first and second bedroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The third bedroom has a full size bed, on-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, and marsh views. The master suite, which comprises the entire fourth floor of the home includes two walk in closets, a king size bed, a flat screen TV, desk, and on-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Lynx grill. There is a wet bar off the living room. The large living room couch and chairs are perfect for a night in front of the TV after a long day in the sun.
