Home offers a Master Bedroom Suite with private bath with jetted tub and access to rear deck. Wrap around deck highlights the panoramic view of Huntingdon and 6 acre meadow beside house. Main floor offers an open layout with large living room, wood fireplace and lots of seating; and kitchen with island and appliances that opens to dining area. The 2,500 square foot, fully finished, walk out lower level is the perfect place to pull up to the wet bar for a drink, shoot a game of pool or warm up next to the wood stove. Lower level also opens to screened in porch with sitting area and patio. Enjoy stargazing and s'mores around the fire pit in the evenings, bird watching and outdoor activities in the day. Summary: Pros: The place was nice in a peaceful setting. Owners response was quick.. to water pressure issue, he had it serviced in a timely manner. He was very friendly. The game room area was great for entertaining the family. They had wood there for fire pit. *NO rotten egg smell and NO stink bugs * Cons: If you want a place near the hustle and bustle this is not it. It is a little drive (15-20 minutes)to Raystown lake and stores . The picnic table and deck could use a little TLC. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat then this is it.
