Welcome to your home away from home. Our cape-cod home is privately situated on 5 acres of land on a quiet cul-de-sac road in the Catskills. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, you will be launched into vacation mode the moment you arrive! Our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is complete with an open floorplan on the main level, and an additional games and cinema room dedicated to entertainment and making memories. Beds ranging from King to Twin will ensure our home can fit your parties needs.
This cape cod home was recently renovated, so you can rest assured knowing you booking a modern home. This is brand new to the rental market! So be the first to sleep in the sheets and utilize all appliances/furniture/activities straight out the box!
The home has three levels, complete with a lower level designed for entertaining. On the main level, we have an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan fit with a bar (wine glasses, cocktail tools and accessories), games, and fireplace. Use Amazon Alexa to help you in the kitchen, or to connect your music and set the mood for your meal! 2 TV's are in the home - both smart with access to Netflix and whichever other apps you would like to login and use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you need to feel right at home and cook up a storm. We have all the basics you would expect (place settings for 8, utensils, pots pans etc). We also provide bakeware, serving platters, tupperware, toaster, coffee maker, blender and so much more. Once you are done with your meal, let the dishwasher take care of the rest!
All the beds in our home feature comfortable memory foam mattresses and crisp white linens with duvets. 2 queen bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the main level of the home. On the second level of the home you will find a second full bathroom, a King bedroom, and the 4th bedroom with 2 Twin beds. This level also has a door that closes off to the downstairs - so if you are traveling with kids and you are concerned about noise level this is a wonderful option!
Down on the lower level, we have created and entertainment zone for you. On one side you can engage your party and activity side with games and beer pong. On the other side chill with your guests as you watch movies or tv in our cinema room. Connect to the Bluetooth soundbar to set your vibe!
You will also find a washer/dryer on the lower level for your use.
We have very strong wifi that can allow for streaming and working from home. We provide a portable/foldable desk for you to setup your work station anywhere in the home.
We provide snow sleds for you to enjoy tubing down the hills on our property. We also provide all the firewood and kindling you will need to operate the fireplace.
We are pet friendly, and provide some water and food bowels for your furry family member so you don’t have to pack any!
We have 4 ski mountains near the home. We are under 10 minutes drive away from Plattekill Mountain, and under 20 minutes away from Belleayre mountain. You can also ski Hunter and Windham which are about 40 minutes drive from the home - during covid they are only allowing pre-booked visitors and the passes sell out. So be sure to book your ski lift well in advance!
