Has outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi.
It's on a canyon lot so you get quite a bit of privacy for central San Diego.
12 mins to airport, zoo and Balboa park. We can accommodate 8 people.
There are 8 sets of dinnerware, 8 seats at the dining table, 8 seats at outdoor table and 8 comfy sleeping spots.
Private, free, fenced parking iside private gate for up to 3 cars.
Succulent gardens galore.
Pets OK $50 per night per pet.
The space:
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Downstairs there is 1 bedroom 1 bath with a full bed and pull out futon.
The Master bedroom has a CA King bed.
The middle room has a Queen bed.
The front room/office has an openable futon.
Therefore there are a total of 5 beds; One CA King, one Queen, One Full and two pull out futons.
*The full bed is in a cubby and it's not going to be comfortable for very large or very tall people.
Guest access:
Guests have a private and fenced area that is not shared with anyone.
Other things to note:
The home is a comfortable place that's been remodeled and stocked with all necessities.
There is a dedicated work space in the front room with a desk and good wifi.
* Please note breakfast is self-serve and there are items such as cereal, oatmeal and fruit provided but there is no formal served breakfast.
Additional rules
-self check-in anytime after 3 pm via smart lock, checkout is 11 am sharp please.
-Early checkin and late checkout available upon prior request and host approval, must message host for approval and pay early/late checkin/checkout fee of $50
- unapproved late check out is $100 per hour, unapproved early checkin is $100 per hour

-only the people whose names are on the reservation may come on the property *pls note, cameras are onsite to monitor exterior
-please leave the place as you found it with the exception of linens which you can leave as is after use
-laundry is in the converted garage, you can use our soap but pls message host for access
-please don't leave unattended children onsite for any reason at any time as this is a serious safety issue and we will call the police
