The space
Large 2300 square feet, bright, light-filled beach house right off of West Cliff Drive. Large great room where you can immediately relax and feel at home. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Perfect for a large family with kids.
- Spacious bedroom suite with professional home office and adjacent TV room. Bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor with a king bed. Office setup with printer, screens that connect to USBC, redundant and symmetrical high-speed internet ideal for working from home and zoom calls.
-Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen size bed
-Kid’s bedroom has a twin bunk bed
-Family/TV room has a pullout sofa bed
-Relax and enjoy the views from our deck off of our 2nd floor living room
-BBQ grill on 2nd floor deck
-Enjoy music in our living room through Sonos Sound System
-Full size washer and dryer
-Hot tub in backyard
-Warm outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach
-Backyard gate leads directly into Natural Bridges State Beach
Beach amenities:
-Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided for guest use
-Guest can use boogie boards, surfboard and paddle boards (guests are responsible for any damage).

-Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, waffle maker, drip coffee maker, Vitamix blender, soda stream.
