The Retreat on Ocean Road is your personal resort-like experience! This expansive four-story home offers multiple marsh front decks and an expansive pool deck with a heated pool and spa, plush seating areas to take in the soothing St. Simons Island sunsets. Guests will have access to their own private boardwalk that leads to a deep-water fishing dock. A firepit (with wood provided), gas grill and bar area, multiple patio tables, chaise lounges, and swinging papasan chairs all beckon you to spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun.
The luxury continues inside, where each level features plush, stylish furnishings and fixtures, gleaming hardwood floors and tons of natural light. All five bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, deck or balcony access, and TVs. On the bottom floor, you'll find a sauna, private gym, ping-pong table, and the elevator, making every level of the home accessible. The second floor features a huge den with an oversized sectional, pool table, and wet bar with a, sink, microwave, and full-sized Smeg refrigerator. The open-plan third floor holds the primary shared living area, with the dining room, main living room, and gourmet kitchen all sharing the space. The fourth, and final floor, is home to the magnificent main suite, with sweeping marsh views thanks to a wall of windows. Finally, you'll find a sweet daybed with a TV of its own and a coffee station just around the corner if you can't make it all the way back to the kitchen.
