Parking:
We provide one designated parking space with your reservation. Additional neighborhood parking options will be shared in your welcome message. Parking anywhere else on the property or the street is not permitted (there are no parking spaces available on this short street). This includes parking in front of the garage of this building or any other building on the street. The garage area must always remain clear so that tenants who park inside the garage can safely enter and exit at all times. Out of respect for our neighbors, if you or any of your guests are found parked in front of the garage or in any unapproved area, a $250 violation fee will apply and the vehicle may be towed. This is not something we ever hope to enforce, but it has been an issue in the past, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you in advance for using only the assigned parking space and helping us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors.

Manhattan Beach No Smoking Policy
Manhattan Beach has a strict no smoking policy— smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited everywhere in the city including the sale of all tobacco and marijuana products. This means that unfortunately there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the city. As hosts we are expected to enforce no smoking on the premises including inside, outside on the patio, and the front of the house. Violations including neighbor complaints may result in up to a $500 fee.

Its best practice to close all windows and doors at night to help keep sound inside. Noise complaints may lead to booking cancellation (no fun for anyone). To help with this, we use Minut to measure decibel levels in common areas and let you know if you are being too loud. Violations including neighbor complaints may result in up to a $250 fee.
