The 3.5-room apartment with a living area of approximately 54 m² offers space for up to five people. The south-west facing location provides direct mountain views and plenty of light throughout the day. The spacious roof garden extends the living space outdoors and creates a private area to enjoy the Engadin sun and mountain views extensively. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is aimed at guests who appreciate quiet yet central accommodation. Pets are not permitted.
The simple kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers everything needed for the holidays: an oven or a microwave combination unit, kettle and dishwasher are available. Two to four induction hobs and a small fridge complete the kitchen equipment.
