Located in the peaceful Gilleland Creek Trail area, this 4BR home is a 2,700 sqft luxe retreat just 20 min from downtown Austin. Highlights inside include spacious social spaces. It has everything: high ceilings, heated pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor patio, yard to play in, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, 2- 70" TV. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
The backyard is a private paradise. Dip in the heated saltwater pool 20 ft long and 4 - 9ft deep.
Kick back on chaise lounges by the pool or rest in the shade on comfy seating on the large patio. Play outdoor corn hole games. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine at the table for ten. A wood-burning firepit adds allure to alfresco meals.

* The pool can be heated for $100/day. Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool and is required to be turned on for the entire stay. Due to cold weather heating pool in Jan and Feb can only go to 75 and Other only to 80.

Other things to note
We are trying our best to schedule in between guests but sometimes our regular services (Lawn/Pest/Pool) get backed up. They will enter via the yard gate. You do not need to be home. Pool services usually come Sunday 10am - 1pm and Thursday afternoon/night.
