Summary: The space worked for us, but was a typical short-term rental: a little sterile, would be hard to live in, with some quirks. The house is the only painted and gentrified-looking one on the block. Our key was left in the apartment door when we checked in, which I didn't love. There should probably be a lock box. There's a beehive in the backyard that needs to be taken care of, and there was so much pollen on the ground. I wish there had been a broom. There was very limited seating in the place and no soap in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was finicky and had to be turned off and on to work. There's a fancy tablet on the table but it was making an error beep the entire time. The AC in the room was great but the rest of the place was pretty hot. The basement is a little creepy. It worked for us though as we weren't spending much time there.
