This beautiful lakefront home on a private 2 ½ acre lot just minutes off I-20 in the secluded Fawnfield/Woods of Lake Oconee subdivision. The home and property is perfect for a family with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a separate cottage (cottage currently not available for rent and never will be occupied during your rental). With over 2 acres and a fenced and gated entry, the lot provides lots of privacy and security. Suitable for family friendly and housebroken dog on a case by case basis. Maximum of one dog per rental.
